Founded in 2000, HANDERK is a Solid Carbide Cutting Tools manufacturer of End Mills, Drills and Inserts.

Up to now, HANDERK has a year asset of 30 million USD, three branch factories with a total area of 6,000㎡ and over 120 employees. 160 sets of domestic and imported equipment, including SAGE, WALTER, and ANCA, manufacture different products respectively to enssure everyday 180,000pcs different stock.

160 machines including SAGE, Beiping, DJTOL, imported ANCA, WALTER keep working 24 hours a day to make sure every size available. Metric size from 0.2 to 20mm, inch size from 1/8 to 1/2, all ready in stock after strict inspection.

HANDERK cooperate with Tungsten Carbide Rod manufacturers deeply, using different raw material grade based on tool’s real working condition, general using stock for workpiece under HRC65/HRC45, grade for semi-finishing and finishing milling or drilling of materials(HRC48-55) with medium and high speed, grade for roughing and semi-finishing milling of heat-treated steel…

Our coating center uses PLATIT cathodic arc evaporation splitting coating machines from Switzerland, under different cutting conditions, we apply various coating such as TiAlN, TiSiN, ALCRN, DLC… to longer tool life time.
